The car we received was in excellent condition—both mechanically and visually—with barely 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. We experienced no technical issues during the two weeks (covering over 4k kilometers!). When we got a flat tire, Melbic efficiently arranged for a repair through one of their partners along our route; this meant the incident didn't disrupt our schedule at all, and we were able to continue our journey with a full set of spare wheels.

The car was almost brand new and had everything we needed for our trip. The rooftop tent and all the camping equipment were spotless and in excellent condition. The nine days with the car were completely hassle-free. At one point, we had a flat tire, but we had everything on board to change it ourselves on the road. Melbic also advised us where we could get the damaged tire repaired, which was very helpful. Returning the car was just as smooth and quick as the pickup. We had a great experience from start to finish and would immediately rent from Melbic again — next time, hopefully for an even longer trip!

Everything we needed for our trip was provided with the camping gear. I do advise you to add the awning for shade as some campsites have no shade and when it rains it gets very useful. Group of friends and first time in Namibia(and in Africa) and it was the best decision to rent our fully equipped 4x4 with Melbic. The rental process was so smooth... Read More and easy. To be honest, I was probably annoying because I had so many questions but Melbic team was so patient and professional answering all my queries. When we got there, staff were so polite and took time to orient us with the vehicle. Since we’re first timers, we didnt know that locks are such common issues/breakages that people deal with their vehicles due to rough roads. I was sweating and stressing. But communicating with Melbic team was sweat free and the issue was fixed within an hour by going to the nearest service station that they have connections with. Thankfully, that was the only issue we had. ☺️ Overall, we had an amazing and beautiful time in Namibia and Melbic team contributed big time in making it as smooth as possible!
